To make a reservation we need:

• Lead Teacher/Group Leader’s name
• School/Organization name
• Mailing address, email and phone
• Number of students in the group
• Number of chaperones in the group
• Ages of the students and any special requests for tour content

In your confirmation you will receive:

• Written confirmation of when the tour is scheduled, and the cost.
• Map of the campus with the museum highlighted
• Teacher guide for the program you selected
• Chaperone policy and parking information
